I'm Jessie.

A beach-born twenty-something, I currently live in Austin, TX - the perfect place to indulge in my three loves: dogs (mine is perfect), food and booze. I'm a self-proclaimed foodie raised in a home that celebrated experimental eating and - now that we're all adults - crafty boozing. Taking a page out of my parents' book, I've begun to discover my own love of exploration in the kitchen. When my budget keeps me from diving deep into the Austin restaurant scene, you can find me in the kitchen conjuring up gluten-free dishes - usually of the Mexican variety. I make a mean margarita & spend most of my free time perusing off-leash dog parks with my Dingo. In case you were wondering, he's named after booze.
